*Payment Policies for Workshops - Invoicing and Payment Completed via PayPal Invoicing. Payment due 24 hours before workshop - Cancellation policy: 50% workshop charge refunded if client cancels workshop before 24 hours of workshop. No refunds if client cancels within 24 hours before the workshop. 2 rescheduling of workshops is understandable and allowed.
*Payment Policies for Consulting & Audits - Invoicing and Payment Completed via PayPal Invoicing. 50% Deposit is Due at Proposal Agreement, Remaining 50% Payment is Due to release consulting/audit results documentation and to schedule review meeting. If client cancels post 50% deposit and proposal signing, before work is completed, then only half of deposit will be refunded. If client cancels post results preparation, after work has been completed, then no refunds will be provided. 2 rescheduling of results review is understandable and allowed. At 3 cancellations of results review, no additional results reviews will be scheduled or provided.
